Please make sure you read all of the following policies below to ensure that you fully prepared for your visit to our studio.

Please view our calendar closely to decide what time would be best for you!
Please arrive to your appointment makeup free! No mascara, No eyeshadow, etc.
A $20 additional fee will be applied if a lash bath is needed to remove any additional makeup
All deposits are transferable, but non-refundable.
Availability is as shown on the booking site. Each month the calendar will open on the 25th for the following month. Ex: On Jan 25th, the calendar for February will be available. Please book ALL appointments needed for the month as availability is LIMITED.
Lash Fills: Standard Fills are for 50% retention of your full set (approx. 7-14 days) and Extended Fills are 40% retention of your full set (approx. 14-21 days). Any retention less than 40% or past 21 days is a FULL SET!
Foreign fills are accepted. However, a full set may be recommended if current set is not salvageable.
You have 72 hours after an appointment to notify you lash technician of any dissatisfaction in order to receive a free service. If you Do not come back to recieve this service within the 72 hours then the free service will no longer be available to you.
Cancellation/Reschedule: As a courtesy appointment reminders are sent out via text and email. All appointments must be cancelled 24hrs prior to avoid penalty (full price of service). Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of appointment time will need to be cancelled by me directly via email at customersupport@simpleluxuriesbydessi.com. There is always someone willing to take your appointment time, please communicate if you are not able to make it to your appointment asap.

MOBILE SERVICES
For mobile services greater than $100 miles, there is an additional $75 charge that must be paid during time of booking. For mobile services 99 miles and under there is an additional $40 charge that must be paid during the time of booking. Your lash tech will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm location. You have 48 hour prior to your appointment to cancel appointment and receive mobile lash service charge back at 100%. Any cancellation after your 48 hour window will not receive your mobile lash charge back.

This is very important to keep your natural lashes safe from and damage. Think of the hair on your lashes as the hair on your head. it wouldnβt be too delightful to pull it out, so donβt do your lashes. It is always best to let a professional correctly disgusts them. No matter where you got them done, we are willing to take them off.
